So it’s not exactly the zombie-apocalypse, but the Coronavirus has us all on alert. There are ways to slow down the spread of Covid-19 to at least give our health professionals and facilities a fighting chance to cope.
One of the ways we can help slow down the infection-rate is to stop touching your own face.
I don’t know about you but I’m having a hurr of a problem not touching my own face. I’ve done it twice in the last two sentences!
What to do? Google!
Keep your hands busy with a stress ball or fidget spinner or learning new tricks with your ballpoint pen
Keep tissues handy - grab one before scratching your nose or adjusting your glasses and use it as a barrier to your face.
Wash your hands (and face?) - ramp up the frequency of handwashing. Lather with soap while singing the Happy Birthday song, then repeat the song while drying your hands on a clean towel or under a hand dryer blower thingi - that way even when failing not to touch your face, your hands will be cleaner than they’ve ever been
