I say inappropriate stuff all the time. It's deliberate, responsive, usually funny, sometimes outragious.

Sometimes, I say stuff in an inappropriate way because I'm tired and unguarded. Mostly, I try to curb that. Yesterday, I didn't.

It doesn't matter how casual/personal/passionate you are about what you do for a living, in the end it's a job, and you have an employer, and they can hire ten of you tomorrow if they decided to. It also doesn't matter how much you think there isn't a hierachy either - there is - and you aren't anywhere near the top. Don't forget that. Remember to abide by the processes, sit in your org chart box at the bottom of the page and keep your trap shut.
